Development Overview: One Bank Street will be a 28 storey office building with ground floor space for restaurant and retail use in Canary Wharf. The development has the capacity to bring an extra 5,800 full time jobs to the area.
As well as high end office space the building will feature three levels of cutting edge trading floors, along with retail and restaurant units at the ground level and below that a basement car and cycle park.
The project will also open up public access to a new promenade on the South Dock with its own free-standing retail kiosk.
Hattersley are providing a range of balancing valves and general valves including butterfly and check valves for the project.
